snoboardr2 Posted March 23 Report Share Posted March 23 This post is mostly for muscleheads, But directed to anyone who either runs, works out, lifts, goes to a gym, or excersises.I've been lifting for 6 months. got a good routine going, and at this point I am disapointed in my results from lifting. I'm still scrawny and it sucks, and still dont have a 6 pack.I wanna take something for it (creatin?
