I tried to turn on my ipod, a apple logo comes up and then couple seconds later there is a sad face. I tried resetting it(switch the hold on and off & holding the menu and center button) but still no good. I also tried pluggin my USB plug in it still no good. HELP! =( Thanks In Advance
