Snatch at Hyde Park Cafe, you'll have to check their site for parties. Great times in Tampa. Three throws an amazing party.

Dude, did you not read that he is playing a closing set? What that means is that by the time this cat goes on (roughly noon or 1pm) the people left on the terrace honestly won't know the difference anyway! LOL
LOL

What I don't get is why people are always complaining about the music scene in general. Be happy that any good dj is booked in Miami outside of WMC and honestly there a ton of great promoters in Miami who bring the goodness. Who cares if dj x is playing minimal or house or whatever is big right now, if you don't like it then don't go out....
just my .02
and if it's really that bad then go to Ibiza or Sonar and get your real fix on. If you want change then make it happen.

Show your allegiance to your favourite website by voting for RA in the prestigious Webby Awards recognising outstanding Internet stuff.
The Webby Awards are the Internet's most respected trophies that have been honouring the best of the web for twelve years. In fact, they're often billed as the Oscars of the Internet. Think Casablanca not A Beautiful Mind. This year the Webby's received almost 10,000 entries from over 60 countries worldwide, which were whittled down to just five nominees by the Awards' Academy members in each of a hundred categories.
And guess what? For the first time ever, RA was selected as one of the final five nominees in the Music category alongside whizzbang sites from the BBC, Pink Floyd and other websites with bags of cash. Click here to see the full list of nominees.
The final winners will be decided by the panel of judges that includes web-savvy celebs like David Bowie, Miramax's Harvey Weinstein, Simpsons creator Matt Groening plus proper geeks like Vinton Cerf—he's the dude that invented the Internet—and top cats from companies like RealNetworks.
There's also a People's Voice award, and this is where you can help RA get over the line by casting a vote for our humble website. It only takes a few minutes to register and vote in the Webby Awards, so why not show your allegiance to your fave website, huh? The website with the most votes wins so feel free to spread the word.
The Webby Awards will be announced on May 6, 2008. If we win, you'll be the first to know!
Get your vote on!

This party is going to be sweeeeeet!

awesome party! May have to stumble to this after the M_nus party

I choose not to stir the pot. The party all depends on the crowd. But when X security gets out of hand with partygoer or dj(s), word of mouth can spread pretty quickly. I know a couple of spots downtown that are such venues that just leave a bad taste in your mouth.

Exactly, this is usually invite only. I went a couple years ago when Desyn opened up....omg talk about a massive Sunday afternoon yacht party!

Viva Music artists Livio & Roby are two Romanian producers and DJs which met in 2004 and joined forces to become production partners. They formed a very strong connection in their musical taste and style. It didn’t take that long when they made their first track together, "Bitter Sweet" [solar Recordings], which was heavily supported by many respected DJs. With a great understanding of what rocks a dance floor and exceptional production skills they were soon making and remixing tracks on a regular basis. Steve Lawler sat up and took note of these two talented producers. With tracks and remixes appearing on Lawler’s "Lights out 3" (Global Underground) and "Viva" compilation albums on a regular basis, Livio & Roby were starting to get the exposure they really needed.
After launching tracks like „Ananda” and „Drumatik”, Livio & Roby became Viva Music artists, being heavily supported by Steve Lawler. These two guys have made their own sound, deep & dirty tech house is the best way to explain their vibe. Livio & Roby now have a host of remixes behind them: Steve Lawler, Remo, Erphun, Sean Miller, Kamishake, Jimmy Hill, Chuck Lepley, George G, to name just a few.
Their “Monochrome” project, which also includes George G, brought the band both global prizes at the Heineken Music Thirst Studio Global Session competition! Surprisingly, when Gabriel & Dresden announced the awards, Livio & Roby feat. George G found out they got the both prices: The Global Winners and The People’s Choice Award.
Being the Romanian winners of the local competition in 2006, 2007 got them in Las Vegas to represent their country and, of course, South Eastern Europe. Magazines like DJ Mag and Juice described their sets at Tao Beach and Tao Club as "highlights of the weekend". By the end of 2007 they saw themselfs "traped" in the studio producing tracks for their first album called Monochrome - "Children of House FWD 01" [ido Music] which was celebrated in Romania with an amazing album launch party at Studio Martin and will soon be available worldwide. Their work finally pays off! This year will be the year for Livio & Roby to make a huge name for themselves on the underground music scene.
