  3. Andy Carthy's first encounter with mixing was as a 12 year old in late 1984, when a friend played him some of his uncle's electro records, notably the Streetsounds LP 'Crucial Electro Volume 1', opening his eyes and ears to the art of mixing records. Soon after he was constructing his own crude pause-button mixtapes, inspired by the electro compilations and various radio shows on stations such as Piccadilly, Radio Lancashire & Southside that exposed him to electro and hip-hop, soul, reggae and early house music. Shouts to John Peel (of course), Greg Wilson, Robbie Vincent, Richard Searling, Stu Allan, Lee Browne, Ranking Miss P, Scotty, Tony the Greek, Steve Barker, Gary Hickson, Sam Brown & Waxmaster.

  6. When LMFAO, OK GO, and Freddy Mercury were smashed together, the Power Party Pop group “Con Bro Chill†was born. This party has been brewing for decades and is finally being unleashed unto the world to slam people right in the face with the most mind blowing HAPPY you’ve ever experienced. Made up by Connor Martin (Party Host/Keytar/Pro Lacrosse Player), SAMM (Lead Vox/Producer), Ty Andre (Party/Art Director), and Steve Felts (Party Warrior/Art Demon) this band is here to have a good time. 7. Adore Delano: If you are ready to party with sass, grace, and style, you are ready for Adore Delano. Adore, the drag persona of "American Idol" contestant Danny Noriega, took America by storm this year with her unique fierceness on "RuPaul's Drag Race." But if you think a pretty wig and amazing makeup is all Adore has to offer, you're dead wrong. Her new album, "Til Death Do Us Party," is an electro-pop romp through the party hard mind of Adore. The album is part Cyndi Lauper emotion, part Bruno Mars-esque crooning, part NSFW dance tracks, and it's all set to a wide range of catchy EDM styles. From downbeat jams to hyperactive hip hop to pop tunes that even Katy Perry would be jealous of, Adore makes sure there is something for everyone. Adore knows what cool is -- and she isn't afraid of arbitrary beauty standards. Her brand of punk attitude meets street couture princess is refreshing, no matter what part of pop culture you are entrenched in. But Adore isn't aiming just for Drag Race devotees, her songs and live show rivals that of the big pop princesses, just on a smaller scale...for now...if all goes well, Adore could take over the mainstream. Get up close and personal with Ms. Delano via an energetic stage show with explosive potential. Remember, anyone who has cut her teeth on Drag Race and American Idol knows how to keep a live set filled with fun. Expect glitter, booze, lyrics about cruising, love, sex, and youthful indiscretion, and a non-stop roller coaster of fun. Be ready to dance your wig off! Werk, bitches.

  15. Grammy Nominated DJ and Producer Dragan Roganovic, better known as Dirty South, is no stranger to the dance scene. The Serb native relocated to Melbourne, Australia at the age of 13 and began dabbling with his old NEC Hi-Fi and mixing with the tape decks. His remixes and mashups eventually caught the attention of Australian Vicious Vinyl Records, who signed him in 2005. Dirty South’s tracks swept Australia and earned him several awards including a Grammy nomination, two ARIA nominations, a winning vote for “Most Popular Producer Nationally†in the 2007 InTheMix 50 DJ Poll, and an Essential New Tune award by the legendary Pete Tong. Following the success of his own releases, Dirty South has collaborated with numerous world-renowned producers including David Guetta, Sebastian Ingrosso, and Thomas Gold. He's also shared the studio with Axwell in creating their Grammy nominated (Dragan's second nomination) remix of the Temper Trap's "Sweet Disposition" and with Alesso for the global smash hit "City Of Dreams" featuring Ruben Haze. It was in between the 30+ stops of his North American tour that he produced most of the tracks on his debut full length, Speed of Life. The 2013 debut has garnered much attention and positive reviews as a carefully crafted LP that pushed the limits of its genre. There’s no slowing down as 2014 is slated to be even bigger for Dirty South. He’s already begun work on his second album (TBA), announced a residency at the LIGHT Vegas, and continues to push out releases on his label, Phazing Records.
