Palladium, no doubt.....But let me say something, we love these places so much because they are gone......If they were still here, they still wouldn't be what they used to be because nothing lasts forever......In 5-10 years, the young people who are just starting to club will be ranting and raving about how good Twilo or Exit or SF or whatever used to be......Everything goes up in value once it is gone......That's my opinion anyway...Peace.
