    You have to be a pretty bad murderer to:

    1. Shoot someone in the head while they're sleeping and not kill them.

    2. Drive them to the emergency room knowing you shot them.

    MIAMI (Reuters) - A Florida man awoke with a severe headache and asked his wife to drive him to a hospital, where doctors found a bullet lodged behind his right ear, sheriff's deputies said.

    "The nurse looked at him and said, 'It appears that you've been shot,'" the Fort Pierce Tribune quoted St. Lucie County Sheriff Ken Mascara as saying. "And he said, 'No way.'"

    The wife, April Moylan, fled the emergency room when the bullet was discovered but later told deputies she had accidentally shot her husband as he slept early on Tuesday. She was jailed on a weapons violation charge while deputies pursued additional charges.

    The husband, 45-year-old Michael Moylan, woke up with a head pain so severe he suspected he was having an aneurysm and asked his wife to take him to the emergency room, deputies said.

    They arrested the wife after obtaining a search warrant and finding a gun and bloody rags in the couple's home near the Atlantic coastal town of Port St. Lucie. The husband was hospitalised in stable condition.

    Nah, I'll pass. My phone does everything the iphone does and more. The iphone is fucking huge too. It's BIGGER than the 30 gig ipod. Only benefit is the nice touch screen but that thing has got to be a bitch to type on. I love the keyboard on my phone and I use that hundreds of times a day.

    Also, what fkornre said about the bugs and shit.

    FYI, this is the phone I have. You can't get it from any carrier but you can buy it online or get it at a Nokia store. You can use it with any company that uses SIM cards, T-Mobile and ATT (Cingular).

    no you didn't take the pic. you know very well that i hit the wrong command in an IM. you were taunting me for months b4 that pic was finally posted on NCC. .u knew i was under stress bc of my biochem practical and i begged you not to fuck around with the pic. you simple want to abuse me bc i am a stranger and i guess it has been out of my hands. i do not appreciate being IMed a year later with a link to the pic which is somehow hosted on myspace.

    i can understand how internet jokes work and whatnot and the reason why you were banned is bc my friend runs that site and yes they do wish not to be a part of internet games on this level. thanQ for teaching me a lesson...

    idon't understand where you get attention whore from. and somehow i have dieases? i dunno in the years ive seen you online you gave off the impression of being intelligent and abusive but this moody turn you made on me did hurt me.

    i guess your goal was to make me upset and you did. yes you did humiliate me and the pic has gotten pretty far.. it even reached my family and job. i got fired. my family is rather disturbed and whatnot. my dad didn't speak to me until after the new year.

    i mean im guessing this is what you wanted and you got it.

    i figure i give you the update.

    o but i did score an A on my biochem practical. i would have tried to kill myself if i screwed that up b/c it's my life's priority.

    fact is you destroyed me for a good six months.

    Amanda Monti, 24, flew into a rage when Geoffrey Jones, 37, rejected her advances at the end of a house party, Liverpool Crown Court heard.

    She pulled off his left testicle and tried to swallow it, before spitting it out. A friend handed it back to Mr Jones saying: "That's yours."

    Monti admitted wounding and was jailed for two-and-a-half years.

    'Pulled hard'

    Sentencing Monti, Judge Charles James said it was "a very serious injury" and that Monti was not acting in self defence.

    The court heard that Mr Jones had ended his long-term but "open relationship" with Monti towards the end of May last year.

    The pair remained on good terms and on 30 May she picked him up from a party in Crosby and went back for drinks with friends at Mr Jones's house.

    An argument ensued and Mr Jones said there was a struggle between them.

    In his statement, Mr Jones said she grabbed his genitals and "pulled hard".

    He added: "That caused my underpants to come off and I found I was completely naked and in excruciating pain."

    The court heard that a friend saw Monti put Mr Jones's testicle into her mouth and try to swallow it.

    She choked and spat it back into her hand before the friend grabbed it and gave it back to Mr Jones. Doctors were unable to re-attach the organ.

    In a letter to the court, Monti said she was sorry for what she had done.

    She said: "It was never my intention to cause harm to Geoff and the fact that I have caused him injury will live with me forever. I am in no way a violent person."

    The letter added: "I have challenged myself to explain what has happened but still I just cannot remember. This has caused much anguish to me and will do for the rest of my life."
