You guys asked for it and now I am bringing it to you. Then after the nights over at DEKO I promise I will be making the trip to FLOAT. i agree with u Carl. I have been to the last 8 or 9 and its getting more and more played out every year. Too bad most people didnt get a chance to go down there when the parties were better. Now it seems like every dick, tom and harry is doing a party and since there are so many you could end up walking into more then one party before you find the one that you want to stay at. At $40 to $50 a head that can get costly. Also back then the music was so much better. Now even the major dance venues have to do at least 2 nights of hip hop parties there to survive this week. Nothing against hip hop cause I love listening to it but I can only imagine how many parties are hip hop driven down there this year. I know I was called to work a hip hop party at Crobar on Thursday night. So this year I decided that I wouldnt go down there ever again. The last couple of years I worked down there and my trip was free and this year would have been the same and I still dont want to go back. Also, with the conference switching its dates it made for alot of confusion on when to get down there. It was nice knowing Be Yourself was Monday. You could get down there enjoy the weekend then Monday came u were ready to go then go home Tuesday night after you get out of Space. About Mykanos, as of now I leave August 8th for 10 days. I have heard so much about it I am dying to go.

heres what happened. 2 guys got into a fight near the dj booth me and my men 3rdfloor broke it up originally. One of the guys then went after the other and got his ass kicked. the reason for all the cops is the guy that kicked ass flashed a badge and was being real rowdy. the last thing we wanted to do at joeys was to have our bouncers hit a cop so we called for assistance. I guess since all the problems recently in nightclubs (especially the one where people were trounced running out the door) the local police all came to the rescue. it was kind of funny seeing 10 different cop cars for a one on one fight. I guess just like all the abuse club owners are taking about fire hazards (See RI nightclub) they are taking for larger fights. Good job officers there was no way any size fight would have not been handled. ON ANOTHER NOTE: How Great was Denny

I am glad you had a good time I think Denny might have been the only one having a better time then the the crowd. What DJ wouldnt love to play 3 straight hours of all new shit you dont hear unless ur at the club. About the door lady no problem. I guess the one difference is I say 11:30 but I never really mean it. It is just my way to get more people there earlier. Well like I have said to you and everyone else, anytime. And again I would like to apologize to Cynthia though she did post on one thread I missed the name. But they came and got me and I took care of it. Sorry again for making you wait 5 extra minutes.
