    thanks to all who came out to party!!! we got crazy tonight!!! the beats were on point!!! Resident DJ dave marino kept it on lock down!!! with dj's tony tee, D-V-ance, & dennis D from SIGNAL_E keeping it tight!!! great crowd!!! thanks to all who came out and supported my B-DAY!!!! and its just the beggining!!! the party continues All wek long!!! peace out!!!

    i've seen mail from him offering reduced admission and VIP to abyss... i have a few points to mention here...

    1. how can you offer someone vip??? you dont even have access to our vip areas yourself!!! let alone allowing your few guestlist people in there...

    2. can we stop calling him Mr. ice? only respected people are allowed to be called by a professional name like Mister...

    3. we all know bunka doesn't pay, so how is he paying his people??

    5. i know he's bs, cause i know exactly what he tells his promoters... you dont think that i have someone working for you who tells me everything?? trust me...7 years in the biz, i know everything!!!

    well now the more important stuff!!!! My B-day!!!! tonight @ r-bar... DJ Dave Marino, Tony Tee, Johnny FX, and DJ Jagz of elastik recordings and SIGNAL-E....

    i have an idea... we all know people with access to the numbers... to settle this, lets make public ice's counts for the past few events...once we see he does nothing except act ghetto, we can all just forget about it... he's no threat to us... he never will be... we all have our supporters and teams and together, without competition between us, (except for that flier louie!!! hehehe) we all make a damn good family and party!!! although his false e-mails may look good to "OUR" promoters, i think after reading all this, and seeing how much bullshit ice is, they will continue to stay faithful to us!!!! all he is doing is making himself look bad... i gave him an oppertunity to correct his mistakes of approaching my promoters, and he continued!!! so now, i consider that disrespect!!! and anyone who knows me, knows that once you disrespect me, your screwed...

    here's an idea also...lets buy the rights to the name ice promo since i know he's not smart enough to do it, and sue his ass for copyright infringement!!! hahaha

    well i saw the post and had to comment!!! not only is he all BS, but he's got BS lies to back up his fake claims of false payment!!! he is just about as honest with paychecks as hunka bunka is!!! its actually funny to talk to him and hear his explinations!!! thinking he's a businessman and experianced in this business!!! he's nothing but a distrubitor... promoting places he cant even get into!!! and if one more of my dedicated promoters sends me another convo with him saying "Matty C is BS" and "I can pay you triple" theres gonna be some serious mafioso action going on!!! DO YOU KNOW WHO WE ARE??? OUR ENTIRE FAMILY WILL DESTROY YOU ICE!!! cut the bullshit, and start being straight up!!! your gonna kill the scene!!! much love to the whole crew!!! thanks for making me feel welcome!!!

    put it this way... its not what you know, its who you know... and it all depends on exactly where you want to bartend... big clubs may seem worth it, but remember, you are dividing tips between all those bartenders, and barbacks... so its not much... and always say you have prior experiance... they dont usually check, or just put a friends number down as your bar manager... places change bar managers like i change my socks...

    you can either consult the ever so life saving bartenders bible or roladex which any good bar will have in a secretave way, or just say, "Theres a few ways that this drink is made...how do you like yours???" unless they think they are some professional drinker and make up drinks on their own and expect you to know what the hell it is... in this case, pour any cheap liquer in a glass, add cranberry, a dash of spit, and smile as you give it to them on the house!!! I bartend at an outside Bar in the summertime in kennilworth NJ... it gets crazy there every night... A little slower in the winter, but its worth it to stick it out...

    definately!!!!!!!! bartending is where the money is!!! as ling as you know how to scam, pretend your interested in what stupid ass people have to say, and can con people out of their tips!!! dont go to bartendig school... they just teach you how to suck at it... bartenders who went to schools to learn are slow, and never learn the true art to it... get a good book, learn the 10 most popular, and learn as you go!!! good luck!!! on average i make $500-$750 a weekend night...
