Fact: For sale sign is still outside Limelight and yes AVALON (Boston) is interested in buying the space for months now. But the sign is still up which is wierd. Spirit and the building above are going to be a zen like Schrager-esque settings. The owners are very "SPIRITUAL" *wink* They are going to attempt the restaurant/Hotel/nightclub. Crobars NYC permanent staff is all moved into their apartments and have been giving a special few djs the 10 cent tour. But no press are allowed into the venue until the PR agency holds their junket. But they are in full construction swing.

Ultra NY won't be as complicate at CREAM. The event is produced by DVOX Magzine and have been successful in Miami for years. The decision to postpone the NY event is due to the 150 Anniversay Celebration of Central Park. With increased security risks they have opted for next year where a lighter atmosphere could be present. Creamfields was cancelled due to lack of ticket sales and Clear Channel's involvement. The Mega Company doesn't have a understanding of the "DANCE/RAVE Event" culture and was not willing to wait till the day of to see if people would show. So they cancelled the events 1 month prior.

I am severly dissappointed in this decision. I am opposed to closing the forum. Pressure never bothered me, makes you want something more when people are against you. I may have to revisit staying in NY this summer and just doing summerstage. It is apparent that the boys club doesn't want to listen to the girl. I will be at Deep Dish I would like to meet some of you at least once.

Unfortunately Mauro did not fulfill his agreement to play at least 2 hours (that was the minimum he was to have played per contract) We did compensate those people that came to the cashier booth and asked for refunds. again please email us if you have questions.

Due to circumstances beyond our control Mauro Picotto did not fulfill his set time at Nation. Mauro was originally supposed to land in Washington, DC at Reagan Airport at 8:30 PM on United flight #4762. Unfortunately this flight was fully canceled due to mechanical problems. He was then rescheduled on a 7:10 flight out of Toronto connecting in Chicago and onto DC which would have made it possible for him to arrive at the venue only a half hour late. When his flight reached Chicago we received a phone call from his management saying there was a delay. This 30 minute delayed turned into over an hour. Mauro finally boarded his flight from Chicago to DC after 12 midnight and landed at Dulles at 2am. Our drivers rushed him to the venue immediately where he took the decks at 3:15 am and ended a little after 4:30 to head back to Reagan to start his way to Germany for his gig the next night. We apologize for the miscommunication and inconvenience this has caused everyone. In all honesty it was just one thing after another with the flight disasters.
