Contact the licensing dept at the Label that put it out. They will probably send you to ASCAP OR BMI. You need at least to notify them if not get permission to use it if you are going to sell or distribute the song. go to www.ascap.com or www.bmi.com there is a whole bunch of info on there about the process.

Victor Dinaire is coming out with a new COMPILATION on Logic 3000 called Timeless Trance/ Midnight Sessions (Feb 5th) and Timeless Trance/ Morning Sessions. (march/early april) I have not taken this bad boy out of my CD player for the past week. I only get hooked on a CD once a season and this is it. Sounds like a Plan! Just a quick note on Mayor Mike. I sincerely doubt he is gonna mess with the club scene. In his speech yesterday he said that we will recover more as our businesses do continue to improve. Well incase no one read the article in NEW YORK MAGAZINE a couple of months back. NYC's nightclubs makes more revenue in one weekend than Broadway does all year. Mayor Mike knows there is a lot of tax money that comes from these venues. He will take a business man's approach. He may regulate but I think NYC nightclub be fine with him as a mayor. Vixen good looking out we'll guide him incase he ever loses his way.

My bro went to WORLD and loved it. True about the performers it kinda sucked that most of them performed in the studio upstairs instead of the stage @ World. I heard SUM 41 did a good job though.
