MissDiva - what did you study at college? Job search is very heavily dependent on the field that you're in. I had absolutely no problem, and I really like my job. But a lot of my friends in other fields had trouble.

crystalmethodny - doesn't necessarily need to be brief. People will stay for however long they can. I can take an hour Sometimes I take even two if I'm enjoying lunch waaaay too much. Don't have very strict hours, as long as the job gets done.

I rarely go to lunch, too. Hi all, I've only posted a handful of times on this board and don't know anyone personally from here either. But I'm sure I've bumped into some of you or stepped on some of you people's toes at PVD last friday. I just started working in Midtown Manhattan (50th between 6&7) so I'm wondering who else from ClubNYC works around here. Maybe have a quick lunch some day? Anyone with me on this idea?

I agree, PVD was AWESOME the whole night. I got in at 1 and stayed until 7:30 and did NOT want to leave! The place was crowded but I don't think anyone cared since everyone was soo into the music. The vibe was almost magical. He's definitely one of the few DJ's that I enjoy without drugs for hours and hours and hours... PVD - I LOVE YOU PS: he's such a cutie!

I don't know if I'd actually go through with getting any kind of surgery. Voluntarily put myself under the knife - HELL NO!!! Eye surgery is different though - it's not for looks only. My friend had it done a year ago and he said that it was painless. The procedure took like 20 mins and he was able to see better right away. But the bad thing is that your vision will not stay perfect for the rest of your life As far as personal improvement, nothing wrong with that. Just not to the extremes (36EEE - gross!)
