  1. My schedule is as follows for next week

    thursday- webster hall

    friday- exit then twilo

    saturday- tunnel

does anyone have any better suggestions than this? we are only over for a few days and my friend is only 20 so obvs that limits where we can go, twilo is obviously a must and i get the impression that exit is shit but worth going to just to see it!

  2. the word progressive is practically defined by what sasha is playing, the most upfront and new sounding tunes, always deep dark and meaningful. Whether it be (progressive) trance, breaks or whatever.

Scott Bond plays trance of the none progressive variety, ash casselle does do the prog thing though

  3. Sunday is very gay. If you are feeling really up for it you could try trade straight after fabric, it is open something like 4am-12am and is about 5 minutes walk from fabbers and is one of the longest running, then home and fabric also both have homesexual and dtpm, your best bet is to wait and ask people when you are out what they recommend. That way you can have an idea about what each place is like

  4. the ministry has its moments, oakie is an arrogant cunt and fits right in there! he quit his residency at home about 6 months ago, home this saturday night has danny tenaglia which i guess may be a bit pointless if you are from new york but then again i would love to come over and see sasha at twilo so maybe youd still love it, home is quite small but can be really really fantastic! unfortuntely you are coming the wrong week, next week and you could have seen digweed at his own club bedrock but that is once a month so thursday i suggest you try home (especially if you are not going to go on saturday) just to go there, its a bit alternative but cheap and the soundsystem is amazing!

basically id suggest trying home thursday, ministry friday and home/fabric saturday. ctually i think i would go to home on friday for lawler and satoshi tomiie but if ministry is a must for you then so be it.

pm me if you want any more info!

  5. this is a lot like the situation with oakie quitting his residency at home in london... he said the club didn't have the right atmosphere and was going in the wrong direction. Basically that is what happens when the weekly resident plays virtually the same set every week regulars won't go and a club needs a 'core' of regulars to have the right atmosphere.

The new residents are miles better anyway parks and wilson rule and danny howells as of january and of course regular appearances from DT and PvD help too!
