Deep Dish is nominated for their "Deep Dish Vocal Remix" of Dido's "Thank You" track. Steve "Silk" Hurley, who greatly contributed to Chicago's status as the home of house music, is nominated for "Silk's Downunder Mix" of Jamaican legend Bob Marley's "Soul Shakedown." A true pro-audio buff, Silk reportedly created his first mixing set-up out of parts bought at Radio Shack.
