Since I have issues when trying to choke down a protein power bar, I began getting fruit smoothie portein drinks from my company's cafeteria. They are pretty good, once you get past the gritty/powderey subdance left behind...

I wake up each and every Friday morning full of dread, because I have to work that day and I hate to work......
After working out, showering, and breakfast... My mood begins to elevate and I remember it is the weekend and I do not have to get up for the next two days and the evenings belong to me.
Does everyone feel this way or is there some people out there that are in a good mood as soon as their alarm goes off and their feet hit the floor???

we bought one this past weekend and put it in our backyard. my mom always say she hates that they sold their home with a pool and now she has one again....

after a really rough, fall, winter and spring i finally have gotten myself back into a workout routine again. it does feel good to run for 40 minutes and allow all of the bullshit u deal with flow away!!!
