I constantly question everyone around me for this very problem: With all the drugs in the world, all the chemists, all the research, all the cures and science....I can't believe no one can invent a safe party drug!!!! Do you know the money-making potential???? What's up with this???!!!! Something that gives you the feeling of E but without the toxicity, side-effects, and potential brain damage. Something where you're in full control at all times but have feelings of euphoria and joy. Something non-addictive, wears off, and completely safe on the body. Look at alcohol..sure you can get a nice buzz...however it can be addictive, can make you sick as a dog, kills brain cells as well, wreaks havoc on your liver while metabolizing it...and it's completely legal!!! Where is this miracle party drug? Ok, it's Monday so that means it's time for my weekly column: After a long week/weekend of clubbing & partying, what's your favorite CURRENT vocal track this week? My choice: "Girl From The Gutter" by Kina--The Thunderpuss 2000 mix. I think it's a little old now but I was turned onto it this weekend---very cool...starts out in the usual Thunderpuss-esque way..then breaks into the regular r&b groove...then back to the club feel! I'm glad I got to stop by but sorry I couldn't stay long. I had friends with me who had other plans so I was only able to spend 15 minutes at Nativa. In those few minutes I immediately saw the regular crew and said hi to everyone but didn't get a chance to mingle with those I've never met before...sorry. Anyway I'm glad I got a chance to see (my secret boyfriend Mario and our candle holder Eileen, EZDreamer, Korzo, Shadowchaser, Crossy (I finally got it), Ichi-Gami and bro, J303, Apotheosis, Filthyslag, etc... (sorry if I'm missing anyone). I can't believe I didn't even get a chance to meet the party planner--BlueAngel (sorry hon!!!) And I can't believe MissKittie and Boa_boy got passed me for the 100th time!!! We'll meet someday!!!!! Yes, it's true. I love bad movies shows. My favorite show on Earth is VIP with Pam Anderson. One of my favorite movies is Showgirls (just so you know what I'm into). So I have to say: Josie And The Pussycats was bad, even for my tacky standards. We refrained from walking out and boo-ing because one of the Pusscats was there in the audience with us. I only thank God that I wasn't home alone watching it because I would have broken my TV. I know for sure I could never sit through it again!!!
