Damn it! I wanted to go, but decided to stay in. I've been dying to see him live. Japanese DJs are SICK. I spent the summer in Tokyo and there's so much crazy shit going on at the clubs any night of the week. He's pretty much the king of them, but there's another guy John Robinson (But I can't seem to find of CDs of his in the states) who's just off the fuckin' hook. There's tons of talent in Asia and the clubs are just crazy. So many weird visual effects and shit. Definately should have more Japanese or Asian DJs drop by some time in NYC.

Anyone ever heard of an afterhours club called Atlantis, located on 30th between 7th and 8th? I got a flyer from it and it seemed pretty shady. Wanted to find something out about the place before I went to check it out.

I just went for the first time this sunday...it was great, nothing like want I expected, I didn't even have time to think by the time it was my turn to jump, my first thought out of the plane was like "why am I doing this stupid shit", but then as soon as you're out you don't wonder anymore,I was out of the plane I was just so entralled by the whole experience. it was cool to just sit there and fall, definately an amazing experience.

I'm wondering if anybody knows anything about Lotus on Fridays. Is it any good? who spins if anyone? Hard to get in? etc...
