Hey, my friends have been to this thing before. They say there are a couple of geezers but mainly 20's and 30's and packed. BTW, they were talking about this party on Howard Stern this morning. I got my tickets today. I'm kinda psyched.

I actually grew up in Linden, NJ so I think you are overstating it! But the biggest Jewish party by far is on the 24th at Webster Hall. It gets like 3,000 people. The site is at www.theball2000.com. Who let the Jews out!

The party at Webster Hall on the 24th isn't for chasidim etc, it's for your average non-religious Jewish peeps with nothing else to do on Christmas Eve -- that's why it gets so many people! By the way, would love to meet up with some people from here there.

This is actually the biggest party at Webster Hall (other than New Years) all year. In 1996, the line was from E. 11 to E. 13 by the old Palladium!

That's funny as hell. I heard the ones during the year are cheese but the December 24 ones get *everyone* b/c there is nothing else for Jews to do that night. That's why Webster Hall is always packed.
