Andy Z's/Aztec's Birthday Party at Centro Fly Friday night after Meet up! Reply here if you may come.... Friday Oct 19 at Centrofly we are celebrating Andy Z's birthday! We rented out the back Crazy Room of c-fly (back left of the club).. and we arranged 1/2 price admission for all that want to come down...so after the Meet up join us at C-fly...some details below... GBH and The UK with NY Festival presents Sandy Rivera who just had a # 1 hit "Finally" (under Kings of Tomorrow) in the UK charts and top 10 in the American dance chart will be spinning funky house in the main rm.. Downstairs in the Pinky a collection of British DJ's Terry Casey (Juggernaut), DJ Wool (DMC champion), Lewis Copeland (Plank/Oblong), Lawson Higgins (Kinetic Records) play funky breaks, disco and classics. Tapioca rm. Make sure the person you are dealing with is reputable and accountable. Ask others...when the payouts seem to high or the deal is to good chances are someone is shaving numbers somewhere.. The best idea is only to work for the very best in the business, someone that has been around for a long time with a good rep... Not someone that is juist looking to make fast cash and get out, they wont care if they pay you or not... And to those that are rippin people off, think again... It doesnt take all to long for people to get the word out on you nowadays with emails and message board.. Pay what is owed ! Promoters and Hostesses need for Twirl Saturdays PROMOTERS : There will be an open call for promoters for Playpen Saturdays at Twirl. Since this party has started in July it is becoming one of the few great Saturday parties in NYC. We are looking for both salaried directors and commission based promoters.
