It's a typically condescending article. Their juxtaposition of Louis's comments with their view of the Rave Act is designed specifically to underhandedly accuse Space34 of knowingly allowing drug use in the club.
I haven't got a problem with reporting on drug issues, but it just needs to be a little more mature and really investigate how to deal with the issues, instead of pointing a convenient finger of blame at one entity or person.
There'll never be a solution while the media is solely seeking to satisfy the 'concerned reader' who just wants to hear that clubs and everything around them are bad, and are being 'dealt with' by the authorities.
