Hey everyone i haven't been on this board for probably over a year and i decided to "stop by" hah! i'm goin to the wmc w/ a few of my boys and i was thinkin of making up t-shirts. i was thinkin of putting NY and some sort of a logo to show that we (us NY'ers) are here to invade and have a sick f*ckin time! i want some feedback from you guys so i can get some ideas to design them. so post away if you want!

ok i just came out of posh lounge in garden city (long island) and right b4 i left they played this with lyrics going "is this love truely love" with a hard house/ tribal beat...the beginning of the song had a house-tune going to it and it really "pumped me up", lol...what mix of that song is it? if anyone could hook it up, please let me know...i really enjoyed the song....

hey guys, i've been looking for the pump it up song - the one that they play in the clubs with that tribal beat with very few lyrics. i have the one where that guy doesn't shutup (and i'm sure most of you have that version as well) if anyone has the mix i'm talking about, hook it up! - thanx

ok the lyrics go something like "DONT YOU KNOW PUMP IT UP"...definetly the words pump it up...has a tribal beat to it, but that could just be 1 of many mixes i heard...i heard it at bridgeview sat nite....

yea so i'm at a bar and they have a house section and they were playing these 2 songs...one of them went something like "WE ARE TWEEKED, LIKE EVERY SINGLE WEEK"...had a hard/tribal beat to it...and the other i'm assuming is new or just made up by the dj "I'M RICK JAMES BITCH!"...with a house beat haha

ok here's my problem -
ever since i've been little, my fat that i accumulate seems to goto my stomach area, i.e. my gut and love handles. i've tried xenadrine and it helped me lose 5lbs of fat without any exercise. now i'm off it b/c i developed some sort of an attitude with people (side effect? lol). i need someone to post me a meal plan and when to exercise. i hate running though so that doesn't help. i've been doing low carbs and working out on this resistance machine i have (body by jake) as well as doing tai-bo to get some cardio in. whats the fastest but most effecient way to get rid of my gut and total body fat? i wanna be lookin good for the summer and feel healthy in general. any help is much appreciated.

even though it is rediculous to pay over $100 for sunglasses - i say treat yourself once in awhile! why the hell not! i admit to buying the cheap glasses as well, but they hurt my ears sometimes! i still need to get a NICE pair of glasses, i.e. over $100 instead of 2 for $20, lol

Danny spun this amazzing set at Pawn Shop (in miami) ...there is this one song I got hooked on ...sounded like traffic (tiesto) for a second then he dropped this hard beat it sounded like someone screaming and then the beat would just keep goin...any thoughts???
