Did anyone see PVD at SF on a friday night about 5 or 6 years ago?? I never heard such a sick set and see a club be so united by a dj before...he played grimey new york house tracks too not that euro trance(that i hate) and when the lights came around 8 or 9 am on the whole club (still packed) was in shock...we were all looking at each other like wtf just happened? being a jp fan i was like this guy just ripped SF a new asshole and i said to myself that's "fucked up" when another dj comes and kills it in your house! was anyone there that night?
sorry bro but no way in hell is JP on the same level as PVD...PVD will rip any dj when ever he wants...last night was blahh in my mind he had no heart in his set def wasnt up to par.seemed like he was just putting anythign together and playing it..Ive followed pvd since 98 and the guy puts on a show better than anyone but last night he just didnt have it...highlight of the night was when i got to pass a note to him to play TELL ME WHY (vandit mix) hasnt played that in NY since SF..When that shit came on i went nuts best track all night besides vendetta and playground..when he puts his mind and soul to it u wont hear a anything better then what he plays....

yeah and it was really good trance...him and dj remy tore it up in there....i was up in the air wether or not to go to the bore fest with sasha at crobar or little more up tempo with armin. Choose armin and it was a great idea cause he tore it up in there. That system in spirit is sick. Place was mobed,at one point you could barely move. Armin def puts on a good show. Ill be back to see him again next time. Not to leave Dj Remy out but he was a sick opener as well. Overall great night.

one more thing u say the devils had no skill but Scott Stevens(hall a fame) Scott niedermeyer.(norris trophy winner) Martin broduer ( 3 cups, veizna trophys, gold medal.. I dont want to hear about skill..Rangers had all the so called skill players then and did nothing with them.. Pretty much like the Yankees.

Not Physical are you crazy. What they eliminated was teams like the Devils with the grab, hook and trip you up hockey that required no skill to play. Ever wonder why alot of the goons and guys who couldnt even skate are not playing here anymore. The games resemble hockey in the 70's and 80's with the skill players finally able to do their thing once again. It is not about Trapping and The Left Wing lock anymore, the new nhl is like the old nhl, skill. The Devils won their cups not on skill but on making the game a bore to watch with their hanging in the neutral zone waiting for a team to make a mistake. Is that physical no, its boring as shit. Thank god Bettman, Campbell and the rest of the honcho's woke up and realized what was wrong. Hell the nhl hasnt had a guy break a 100 points in a long time.
As far as the Devils go, i cant stand them as an organization, their fans and the philosophy that comes with the Devils. They along with the Red Wings, Panthers ruined the game in the mid to late 90's.
You had to be crazy to enjoy the hockey in the late 90's-2004. Skilled skaters and players are finally able to do their things, and you can throw in your enforcer to protect them, its like old time hockey. Ever see what the Flyers did in the 70's they played with speed, skill and toughness, not grabbing, hooking and holding players up. They beat you up when they had to and blew right by you when they had to. I hate the FLyers and the Isles but their teams from the 70's and 80's opitimized what hockey should be. Fast, skilled, physical and blood and guts. Thank god the Devils are where they are, keep their whole ruin the game philosophy in that swamp and stay there.
Easy there killa you didnt see me rippin the rangers i gave them their props for being good this year(its about time). That so called bore of a sytem you talk about with the Devils won them 3 stanely cups..Thats more than the rangers could say.. You talk about the 70's and 80's and the skill players but if im not mistaken you werent even born in the 70's and 80's you were so young im sure you weren that into hockey till late 80's. You say it was all skill then which is bunch of crap cause you had all those old school teams that were bruisers one being the flyers. But you know what im not here to talk shit about you im just a hockey fan and this is mu opinion of what i see now. Im not saying the new NHL is horrible, it is def fun to watch the so called "skill players" score goals now alot more but thats all it is...You dont see those big hits anymore and there is def alot less fighting now(which isnt so bad but its fun to watch). But you can barely even touch anyone anymore without getting a penalty. Over time rules are great cause ties are the worst and with Marty in net ill take any team on in a shootout. They just need to lighten up on the rules alittle more. The rule with the goalies behind the net is redic..i mean come on already. Only reason they made that rule is cause the goalies in the league today suck and cant handle a puck with there stick and Martin Broduer can, which made it like a 6th man on the ice for the devils. Obviouslly anyone thats not a Devils fan is going to say their system is boring but like i said already it won them 3 stanely cups and they shut teams down. If it were the Rangers that won all those cups playing that syle i bet ur ass you wouldnt be saying anything but haha we won 3 stanely cups. Loosing stevens and Niedermyer hurt them more than anything. But either way I love hockey and will always love hockey no matter what they change but at the same time dont have to agree with those changes. I liked Hockey they way it was. You ranger fans are always going to bash the Devils and there system cause its been 7 long years since the Rangers were anything. They were a laughing stock of the league. I dont know about you but im just happy hockey is back.

Calling them a stanely cup team at this time is jumping the gun imo...just cause they are doing good now does in no way show they are a stanely cup team...I know its been 7 long years of crap for Ny but cause ur winning games dont get that excited yet. If it wasnt for these new rules they wouldnt be half as good as they are.. Noone is allowed to touch anyone anymore so of course it made it alot easier for them. The new rules are horrible i miss the old physical hit u in the mouth and knock u silly hockey. This new crap is good but its turning the game into a pussy sport. That real physical part of the game is gone now. All the big guys in the game are nothing now. Im a die hard Devils fan and will give the Rangers there props so far they have been playing well and have had the devils number this year(about time, the devils were only like 37 -5-2 against the rangers haha devils owned the rangers) but for people to say bring on the stanely cup already, come on...right now the only team winning a cup in my mind this year is the Senators.. They are unreal this year.. But you will all see in the end and playoff time Devils will be in the cup hahaha sorry had throw that in there.

Im sure Cox will play the best shit out of all of em put together, but seems like they have a hard time getting ppl to buy tix. Not only did they lower it back to $75, but they added Steve Lawler the nite before for free. I guess it has a ruined rep. after the shit that happened when Morillo played on the Grand Opening/Grand Closing.

diggers def has a habit of putting u to sleep now....He is very boring...I will be there in hope that he plays like the real digweed from twilo and that centro show...Digweed twilo days were unreal..he brought it like no other when he was there. well other than PVD....Like someone said before his kiss shows suck so bad i cant listen and dont anymore cause they are never any good.. Im hoping with his return to his home hahaha that he brings it like he used to.
