What everyone said about this place is true..

But it is def a fun place to go with a group of your friends

OK.. just wanted to clear up some of this

I set up CLUBRiPS on audiogalaxy and CLUBRiPS.COM to bolster the underground house music scene...

I don't get songs first.. and I don't get every song...

I get songs the same way most people [that get relatively new songs] do...

either from vinyl

friends that have connections with ripping groups

and friends that arent supposed to leak out anything...

About this track that everyone is fighting about... I definitely did not get before tranza...

he knew about it way before I did...

I also don't ever try compete to get songs first...

I'm just trying to distribute what I think is good...

So I set this up and the idea caught on

If you see the CLUBRiPS website pop up in one of your songs then I got that song before you...

and I distributed it to YOU

because I wanted to see the track blow up

and I felt that the artist deserved to sell more records during the short shelf life that the track would have.. if only a few elite people knew the track.

at like 11:30 things started to die down a little..

we went downstairs to get our coats... hung out down there for a little while talking to some people...

we come back upstairs and the dance floor was more packed than when i got there at 5.. there was so much energy in that room that we didnt leave for another 2 hours

All of my friends in real estate have been telling me that between feb and april of this year is going to be the best window to buy a house on LI.

There also have been a lot of articles in The Times about the decreasing costs of renting an appartment in Manhatten. If I remember it right .. prices now.. fell to what they were ten years ago.

No matter which way you look at it.. everything is more affordable.

Nassau county is in a lot of debt.. they are going to raise taxes a lot this year...

some towns in nassau also have much higher county taxes... so the total cost of a $300k in massapequa compared to a $300k house in roslyn will probably end up being a lot different
