the media frenzy over the elimination of yassin is astounding. fundamentally nothing has changed. 'analysts' and 'experts' claim that hamas will now kill israelis or try to increase their terror missions, but that was always the status quo
hamas never wanted peace, never wanted a co existence. hamas is directly responsible for breaking any fundamental peace efforts that gained momentum. destroying hamas or at least leveling its financing and infrastructure before leaving gaza is a smart policy for israel.

the point the article is making is that UN is incredibly biased and racist towards the jewish state. building a wall, something that does not kill or injure anyone, a wall that prevents murder, is more controversial than palestinian terror groups, brooding another generation of killers.
the palestinians should stop building this wall, in the end, they are the ones who are hurt by it.

1. i dont trust polls, and if you ever took a statistics and analysis course, you wouldnt either. polls are constantly manipulated and misrepresented for political ends
2. i never heard of the Zogby poll, and i would be very skeptical that 70% of Massachussetts residents would vote this way, when the state is well known for its Democratic voting patterns
3. the entire gay marriage issue is one of vocabulary definitions, a battle for the definition of the word 'marriage'. It is one thing to deny people the use of a word, it is another matter, to deny them the rights under that word.
