The one thing I can tell you about Long Beach is from a surfers standpoint. Come hurricane season, with a macking east or east -southeast groundswell, and offshore winds, long beach can be THE place to go surfing on the east coast...

just for your own health, I'll tell you that youre in fine shape.
some aussie docs did a study on a bunch of people who consumed essentially nothing else besides alcohol and lived for several YEARS like that. the only thing is they developed a vitamin deficinecy.
and now i think a lot of beer is fortified with this vitamin, so no worries guy:blank:
