what a loooooooong weekend it was.
was convinced to make it out to dh dt... and howells from 2:30-3:30 was actually groovy houseish... not bad, fun to listen to. tenaglia was good also for a while... then i dont know what happened -somewhere around "vogue" and ladies showin their attitude, vinyl suddenly reappeared!
its been way too long danny. but for like an hour, after the lovey-dovey rolling-all-over-the-place howells folks left, dt took the place to another level. total minfuck.
then howells back on the decks for a few hrs... sux to the howells groupies who left:cool:

It's all about moderation. Some of us, including klohe, have responsibilities that won't permit excessive drug use as well as a right mind to know when to call it a night, weekend, week, or whatever

As you return from a morning of clubbing, then probably an afterparty, how long does it take your body and mind to return to baseline? If I do factory, I'm shot for a good part of the week... and thats pretty much going out sober!

I somewhat agree with the fact that ppl get hyped when he's spinning out of vinyl, for whatever reason, but its justified. He played a hell of a great nite @ brazil, sf, and even world:blown:
point is, I cant wait for dt @ limelight, should be VERY interesting to see what they have done to the place (I was last there for a drama party in January(?)) and what he is gonna do there

Yes that is a heck of a site on the horror that meth can bring into your life... weekends begin stretching into weekdays, buzzing all the time because the crash is just hell... sleeping for days on end... pushing away your loved ones and having a substance affect your relationships and work life

yup thats my plan too... ive only seen pvd a few times but was never really impressed with his dj skillz... His music is actually really beautiful, so with good ills them kidz will be in Heaven... but the $50 admission is a complete rip.
oh and be yourself will not feature the one and only but rather a couple of good replacements this week (including Anthony DeVito and Geoff Gainnes) and the crowd is sometimes better that way! c ya there...
