recently I have been asked for my email address so many more times first then asked for my number after. I think it's because guys don't feel as intimidated behind the computer...not that constant pressure of having a conversation flow. So it's not like calling and leaving a message...they probably feel less rejected when u don't return the email.
Side note: You gotta love when the ugly guys try to hound u for ur #. I have a theory...that the ugly guys try to get pretty girls numbers because hell if there going to get rejected it's better if it comes from a pretty girl rather than an ugly one!

You need to bring 2 passport photos with u to the court house...plus you need to know the madien name of the person's id u have mother..or just be prepared to make one up. One goes on ur id the other goes on file there. I did it with no problem 3 years ago and it worked like a charm everywhere!!! Good Luck!!
