what are the ages restrictions on friday and saturday night for nations, and are there any decent clubs that are 18+ on saturday?

whats up...I'm new to the dc scene...as of 8/26 ill be attending the university of maryland and i need to know what clubs are there...i love and am used to the ones in nyc like exit, soundfactory, and limelight. What clubs in dc hold 3000+ people, and play hard house, hard trance,and techno, like tony draper, robbie tronco, jonathan peters, rob girellini, derb, macguyver, dj scot project, mike macaluso, etc. Also, who are the spotlight DJ's at these places? Thanks
