Well, since I was with Cigs almost every night of the summer, I second every thank you and appreciation also. My own version would sound very redundant so I will spare you all. Hopefully this is not the "end" but rather a change of atmosphere for a "few" months until the next summer rolls around. If anyone wants to meet up in the city for happy hour drinks after work any day, just say the word! I am still piecing together memories and details from this weekend -- maybe some of you can help! JBR / Ceeotter -- I hope to return the favor at some point for all the good times and drinks and funny stories all summer. Just cause the summer is over doesnt mean the appreciation is. Yeah, I just set up about 4 massage appointments for tonight. Between weasling through the crowd, dancing, doing shots, and fighting off ASSHOLES trying to pick-pocket me, I'm pretty sore too. JBR - I can wring out some water in my shirt from Sunday night and throw it at you and you can pretend you are at temps. ha ha!! Too tired to unpack everything yesterday. Too bad you couldnt make it though, Jimmy. I'm hoping the pictures I took captured the mayhem. If anyone else has any pictures from around Ceeotter's bar, send em my way . I'd love to see them!

Cigs and I had to check ourselves into the local dry cleaner after attempting to walk home Saturday night. Talk about soaked! The pizza box I was carrying resembled a piece of toilet paper after about 2 blocks!! It was good training for Sunday night though. Great time!!! Ceeotter - Thanks for the shots!! I have dropped off the pictures (2 rolls) and should have them back soon. I don't know when I will be able to scan them, but I'll at least have copies in case I bump into anyone...

Just wondering what everyone's predictions are for Surf / Temps / etc this weekend...I haven't been down in 2 1/2 weeks....just wondering if all of the usual crowd is gonna be heading down. I wanna make sure it's safe to get fired up!!! I'm off Monday too so hopefully Surf / Temps will have a good crowd Sunday too.

yeah, Thursday afternoon was so hot, i walked around with a bag of ice down my pants! And the power went out maybe 10 times in my house between Thursday and Friday!!

They will inspect the damage today or tomorrow. I can't imagine it NOT being considered totalled after the damage the officer described. I'll be at the shore all weekend Thursd through Monday. So, i'll be up for shots anytime (Surf Club, Xs, Temps, DJais = the plan for the weekend).

For those of you interested in an update on my Jeep that was stolen last week....They recovered it in Jersey City (surprise!). I asked the condition of it and almost fell off my chair.....the HOOD is missing...the ROOF is gone...The stereo is gone.....the steering wheel, gone!!! Nice!! I am more pissed now than I was when it first disappeared. I don't even want that thing back!!!! I guess it will depend on what the insurance co says.....Damn! Now i need more shots after this news!!!! I'm still recovering from last week!!

Are you nuts?? I thought we (Neena, cigs, me) were just talking about the plans to go to Temps later, etc. I wasn't really paying much attention. I think i said "ohhh, look who it is..." and then i remember you scampering off some where. I don't remember stirring up any drama ... sorry to disappoint you. :laugh:
