Do you whats going on at Marquee?

Does anyone know whats going on that Marquee for New Year's Eve? I have narrowed it down to 3 places for NYE and I need some help. Which one is the BEST: 1. Crobar 2. Capitale 3. Spirit If anyone knows a better place for $250 or less please let me know. Looking for a big venue, 21+, OPEN BAR. Thanks All
