This is why I never post, because persoanlly I'm not one for smart ass comments from people who don't know their ass from their elbow. I'm not a promotor and haven't been for some time now, I'm doing FRIEND a favor by posting this post. The other 3 people that posted aren't promotors as well, just friends that have heard Quest spin and who enjoy his music. I know everyone has their own opinnion, but damn lets fuckin grow up for once. Everyone fuckin person on this board post shit about there dj's and whatever party they are doing, if you dont agree with the dj or the venue then oh well.

thats right this friday DJ David Quest will be spinning at Ikon from 10pm to 1am and then the Legendary Super Producer Eddie Baez takes over the tables for a sick night of music. There will be a cd give-a-way of quests new cd. and trust me all his cds are sick. I have recently just heard his new cd and the word I would use is amazing. For all the exit haters out there dont bash Ikon until u hit it up. I personally have not been there yet but from all the reviews and friends i know that have been there they have said that it is nothing like exit and that they would pay again to go to Ikon. This is what I have been told and read so check it out if you love some hard tribal and house music.

Def. going to be a sick night, I personally have not been to Ikon since it has changed but have always wanted to go, so I guess its time to check it out. Quest plays some sick beats, and of course the legendary Baez, just cant miss this night. Jack I have heard the new quest cd its amazing, mix of a some nice trible and vocals a very nice mix and the cd cover is insane I will burn and send to you. Hope to see alot of teh cp'ers there.

They were at a bar in bloomfield 2 nights ago, not sure the name of the bar, but its located across the street from titalations strip club. My friend was the bar tender and she said they were the rudiest people she had ever met, Paris looked like she was some type of drug and nicole was beating some poor kid who's house they were staying at with a pool stick,and I don't mean like play hitting, she said she hit him hard lol, while he was in the middle of playing a pool game. They also ran up a tab and didn't tip lol, so this black guy ran outside after them and forced them to at least give a little something, so they gave the bar tender 10 bucks.

Got there really early because the last table reservation I had for classics were sold off because I got there late. I have to agree with danihawk I loved seeing everyone dressed up, also considering how packed it was I didnt see any fights and no one really acted like assholes when they were being accidentally stepped on. Table was right next to the bathroom on top of the main bar, had a great vue of the performance and not to forget to mention JP was insane, If you reserve a table expect to pay some money, you always have to consider how much tables were asking for, plus u have to include tip, and tax, final bill wasn't all that bad for 3 bottles of absolute and champagne.

NEWSFLASH : NONE of the djs spinning at spirit will ever amount to diddly-pooh. omg lmfao, that had to be one of the funniest reply's ever...

Probably the nicest bouncers that I have met, not once have I had a problem. They are 10 times better than the bouncers at ikon, or any other place around.

These two have been doing this for years, its just a shame that just now people are starting to realize it. The set these two played was absolutely insane, for old school to new, every mix was on point, just every thing about friday night was great. The main floor had probably 25 people in it, while the blue room had about 4 times that. Another example is, the blue room bar made around 7-8,000 bucks, if thats not production I don't know what is. Great job Dave and Billy, Platinum, Lobby and Spirit are def in the near furture for the both of you guys.
