Looking for 2-3 people, ages 24-30 to share a brand new 3 bedroom condo in Newport from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Fully furnished, parking, full basement, washer/dryer, 3 floors, will sleep 5 comfortably, 5 min walk from Downtown. The realtor/owner of the place is a buddy of mine. Total cost is 2K per person ( total 10K including security deposit and all utilities ). I'll be working down there the whole summer as a club dj. Very nice place.
