  1. Too many supplements and not enough food brother.......... Minimum 5 but shoot for 6 solid meals of regular food......... Maybe add in one or two shake/bar meals in to up your protein.............. Like I said though, everyone is different....... just have to experiment and see what works best for you.......
  2. I was just busting your chops before........... I am no expert, I know what works for me........ but you should ask a trainer or someone else for some suggestions......... You are losing too much size when you diet and try to lean down......... may have something to do with your diet, or what you are taking as far as "supplements..."

  8. lol........ I think you have been watcing too much of EXPN there kid.......... lol........ Trust me....... I would love nothing more than to go out today and buy a new bike....... the fun you can have on one of those things is unreal........ and the adrenaline ruck is sick........ I had my fun on em....... had a few close calls..... and moved on..... After watching my friend, who is now paralyzed from the waste down, have to rely on his mother to help him do his daily functions, I decided it was time to hang up the boots....... This may sound gay, but I look forward to eventually having a family and raising some crazy ass kids!!!!!! Another note brother, its not death that scares me....... but the thought of spending the rest of my life in a wheelchair or bedridden is what I cannot deal with.......... Peace out....... and be safe........
  9. I have heard the term "chicken" used a few times........ lol........ A few of the meatheads I know joke about going home to load up on chicken after the workouts...........
  10. I was tied up for a minute, didnt want to leave you guys without finishing what I was sayin....... Taking in the correct amt of protein in a day solely from chicken, beef or turkey is rough......... the nutrition supplements can definately help in that area....... I was just warning you guys not to rely on em too much........ you never know........ I am blessed with my job....... lol...... I have all these proteins in their raw form in the office....... so there are no worries........ but definately read the reviews as you guys have to get the down and dirty on what products are good, and what is crap...... On another note...... something to think about...... Those of you trying to get lean for the summer......... all those shakes and drinks are considered pre-digested protein....... simply, the body does not have to work as hard to break them down or diget them, as it would with regular food....... So........ in order to lose body fat, a good method is to space your meals out about every two hours, or eat 6-7 meals per day..... something in that range...... this causes your body to turn into a furnace...... constantly working to break down the food, increases your body temp, heartrate, and will speed up your metabolism....... Simply eating the shakes, bars and drinks will not make your body work as hard and may have negative results....... Just dont believe everything you hear or read in the mags...... I have never seen anyone hit 300 lbs with a bodyfat less than 6%, strictly using GNC products....... lol....... you know they are cheating...... hahaha......
  11. You should all do yourselves a favor and stop wasting your money on GNC, JBN, and other such products.......... If no one has informed you yet, there is no FDA regulation on any of the products thanks to the lobbyists.......... so what they claim is on the label is not always in the box kids......... The best thing you can do is plan out a well balanced diet, with the proper ratio of protein and carbs....... My father and I run our own company in the dairy/nutrition business....... we sell to a variety of these nutrition companies.......... I have seen time and time again blatent mislabling and false information on the products........
  12. Speeding and racing on the street is fun, but it will only end up getting you or someone else hurt or dead......... My friends and I used to screw around on our street bikes all the time........... I sold mine two years ago after one of my buddies got paralyzed, and one of the kids we knew died......... If you want to race, go to the track..............
  13. I agree 100%........ But here is the dilemma........... I wouldn't date anyone I met in the club, but I also would not want to date anyone who WASN'T into the club scene....... Kinda funny...........
