Yeah Tiesto is a huge fan of the Pioneer DJM 600 in an interview he would put this over any mixer

I know the NO2 and the rest of the bullshit supplements that give you steriod like results without all the side effects have no use for training but some must supplements I believe are just basic and needed is def. a protein shake I really like N-Large2 made by Prolab and also Amino 2000 by Prolab. Taking some kid of protein shake or amino acids really does increase your protein intake and for me being 150lbs 5'10 I could really use it So what supplements do you feel are necessary?

I got a bottle of 5htp today from GNC contrary to what everyone said the company is Oral Labs each pill is 50mg and they say take 1-2 a day but I plan on taking 3 in the morning and 3 at night should I search for another brand?
