i'm sure they did, i hope so! they were a nightmare! they never did say for sure that the stairs were one one of the reasons. the "official" reason they gave us was something else. thanks for the *good luck*!

hey! i work there. well when it opens that is! we have a *meeting* next week so hopefully they will give us more info. supposedly though, it will open in about 30 days. i will know more after next week.
