the worst part is that you can eat pretty much anything....... but reading more and more your restricted i mean steak no sauce(a1 or whathave you)you can eat fried chicken but special flour an oil your only allowed no more than 20 grams of carbs a day and sadly im addicted to pepsi which is 28 grams:mad:
