Dance tracks (probably the most famous underground record store in the city) has started a dance party in Brooklyn on Fridays at a club called "The Duplexx" in Fort Greene. There is definitely a buzz in the air. What does this mean? What's behind the choice of venue. Is Brooklyn heating up? Is it really true that there is little to no support for house music or underground music in Brooklyn. Has the Borough lost it? Why are the venues that cater to underground music unsupported? Are clubs like The Duplexx, Franks Place, 667 and the like representing the culture?
