  1. The first full-length album on Toes in the Sand, including a continuous DJ mix! Hear the mix on FriskyRadio starting Tuesday, Nov. 24. Hear audio samples: 1. Wasteland 2. Mother 3. Closer 4. Travelling 5. Deep City 6. Exodus 7. Poetic Dreams 8. Superconscious 9. Fly Away 10. Prolific After 5 years of releasing some pretty damn good singles and EPs, Toes releases its first full-length artist album -- and it's pretty damn good, too. "Wasteland" is also the debut LP for Dublin's Soulfinder, who has quickly made a name for himself with a flurry of top-shelf originals and remixes. Though deep and mature like a fine Malbec, "Wasteland" is no snoozer, working equally well for dancefloors and headphones. Also included is a continuous DJ mix of the album, mixed by the man himself. Album mastered by Eelke Kleijn. Available at: Beatport | Juno | eMusic | Amazon Plus iTunes and Napster! "This is possibly one of the best albums this year. All tracks are well-balanced, perfectly mixed down, and soulful! You can't go wrong here. I'll give it a 6 stars out of 5 and you will see my high support in my Progrez show in the next 2 or even 3 months, as well as regular gig plays, as it perfectly suits my needs for a residency of mine at Extreme in Belgium. This is why I keep supporting TOES, and this is why I'm sure you'll get far with this album. Many, many, many, many thanks for such wonderful release." - Airwave "This album is dope. I like Soulfinder's style." - Randall Jones "Incredible album!" - Eelke Kleijn "Perfect quality, impeccable mastering, atmospheric sound - and which is more important - a very heartfelt music. My favorites here are Wasteland, Mother and Traveling. The DJ mix is simply the best companion for relaxed listening or music to drive on." - d-phrag "Incredible! One of the best albums that I've heard this year! Soft and deep, melodic and elegant sounds -- simply delicious! And I have my favourites here -- they are Deep City, Superconscious, and Travelling -- will play them all in my next radioshows! Thanks for this massive promo!!!" - DJ SlanG "What a wonderful album! Very deep and emotional tracks." - dPen "This is an awesome album, with some real gems on it...personal favourites are Travelling, Fly Away, and Exodus, great work!!" - Ben Coda
  2. Hear audio samples from this release: Original | Elfsong & Aeron Aether's Something More Mix | Soulfinder's Sound Control Mix #1 on ProgressiveHouse.com Top 20! As heard on Matt Darey's Nocturnal Sunshine #71 and Solarstone's Solaris International #178! Every now and then, Toes likes to take a trip to the dark side of the beach -- this time with Lima's Enrique Echd. "Something About You" reminds us of the classic progressive sound, when dance floors went deep and dirty without remorse. Soulfinder keeps it shadowy yet bumping on his hypnotic remix, while melody masters Elfsong & Aeron Aether reconstruct the track into a blissful journey to take us back into the sunrise. Available at: Beatport | DJDownload | Juno | eMusic | Amazon | Lala Plus iTunes and Napster! "Great release all around, but the Elfsong & Aeron Aether's mix is fantastic. Lots of time went into that. 6. #4 on ProgressiveHouse.com Top 20 chart Hear audio samples from this release: Original | Elfsong & Aeron Aether Remix | Dynamic Illusion Remix | Ben Coda Remix Michael & Levan are a duo who need no introduction to fans of progressive house. Their releases keep alive the deep, organic vibes that characterized the early (some would say true) progressive sound. Teamed with the excellent Stiven Rivic, the Georgian pair has unleashed another soon-to-be classic upon fans of the deepness. The remixes are equally great, spanning the wide variety of styles that comprise the modern progressive spectrum, from Ben Coda's techy grooves to Elfsong & Aeron Aether's ethereal bliss to Dynamic Illusion's majestic journey. Available at: Beatport | Resonant Vibes | DJ Download | Juno | Amazon Plus iTunes and Napster! "I adore the Elfsong & Aeron Aether Remix. Gorgeous stuff, really nicely blending tech house and progressive. The Dynamic Illusion is ballsy by invoking an Underworld reference in the pad progression, but there was a lot of work that went on here. This is the best thing I've heard him do yet. Ben Coda's is great for a peak time set. Big synths, big beats. GREAT release!" – Royal Sapien "Ben's production skills have really gone leaps and bounds in the past few months. Elfsong & Aeron Aether remix is also sounding nice. 4/5" – Darin Epsilon "You really save my radio show with your stuff :-)) It's too seldom to find deep and melodic tracks nowadays. 15. Hear audio samples from this release: Gabriel Batz - Besoin D'Aimer The career of Montreal's Gabriel Batz has exploded since 2005, when a bootleg remix of David Guetta's "The World Is Mine" propelled him to dancefloor prominence and remix work with top labels like Coldharbour, Perfecto, and Aurium, plus appearances on multiple Armada compilations. On "Besoin D'Aimer," Gabriel demonstrates his gift for fusing beauty with power, creating a club stomper with emotional resonance. On the remix, we enlisted The Netherlands' Storyteller, who shows why he is one of Gabriel's favorite artists with a bumping rework of the original. "Solid peaktime progressive with both the Original and the Storyteller Remix. Reminds me of what progressive house used to be." – FeralCode "I like the Storyteller mix!" – Matt Rowan "Like the remix by Storyteller!" – Eelke Kleijn "Deffo the Storyteller mix for me...big sounding bomb and super hot production...will be playing this a LOT!!" – Arjun (Jalebee Cartel) "Full support for both mixes; favourite being the original mix ;-) Very good job." – Guillaume Nyckees (Galaxie 95.3 FM France) "Liking both of them, great tracks!!" – Masque "Loving this... Dutch Storyteller returns successfully and surprises me with a lot of refreshing energy in this rework, really banging stuff! 9/10" – The Mystic Force (Rotationz Radio) "Solid release once again! Original Mix is a nice trancey piece with strong kicks. Storyteller Mix is pumpin and more progressive!" – Stefan Bauer (Progressive World) > Hear HeadRush Music/Toes in the Sand on Proton Radio
