smartass doesn't matter where Richie plays Petey is his boss and tells him what to play whereever he is at. like i said u dont know much about this industry. busy or not whoever is there will have a goodtime. computers or vinyl, classics or new bombs it dont matter... its all about going out having a great time meeting great people.... or not, dancing your ass off and maybe getting drunk. ITS CALLED ENTERTAINMENT!!!! and thats why we get paid the big bucks to do our job. we are entertainers be it promoters, bartenders, djs, and so forth we are there for u to have fun. remember WE GET PAID TO WATCH YOU HAVE FUN!!! so shutup and enjoy!!!

Just in case Richie does have someone that tells him what to play and his name is Petey. Petey has a great ear for music that is why u hear richie playing that stuff. Figure u dont know much about the business.

I know it sucks once in awhile, but the majority of people in the clubs love hearing stuff they know in between newer stuff. Remember it aint easy pleasing everyone in the place at the same time. we're just doing our jobs. some clubs different than others.

There is nothing wrong with using a computer to dj all that matters is if people dance and have a great time! out of the top djs in the world about 30% use laptops now. including Richie Hawtin, PVD, Oakenfold, Ferry Corsten, John Digweed, Josh Gabriel, and many more to name. its just another tool for us to use to please the masses. Also i hear you on djs being dime a dozen but not many djs have lasted as long as roveen and i have. we been doing this for over 15 years and have had many residencys in major nightclubs. As for the Spirit thing i will be there next friday and yes i will be using my laptop along with cds and vinyl and Javier playing the drums (All tools to make people dance)

If you hate the fact we use computers or play classics then why do you come? drunk or not we still do our job. and people loves us for that. maybe you should try to be a dj and see that its not as easy as you think. realize we have residencies for a reason.

Yes i will. since i seen you complain about my music before. just realize promoters usually ask me to do the classics. This friday is different i will be doing my thing.
