Take the NJ Turnpike to 14C and head down the ramp to the Holland Tunnel. Just before the tunnel you will come to Marin Blvd, the last exit before entering the tunnel. Make a right on to Marin Blvd. The Holland Motor Lodge will be on your right. Continue on Marin Blvd till it ends. There you will find the Sandbar.

In Nj I assume correct? NJ is better than NY. NY is more competitive than NJ. Commissions are less in NY than NJ. I hear NJ is like 4-5% still. For a second job or extra cash i recommend it, plus if your looking to buy you always get the leads before everyone else and what the bottom line price is. Good Luck
