cutoff for south belmar I think is 17th or 18th...16th and down is belmar. different rules..two different towns, two different zip codes, two different police squads (notice the two cop cars...Belmar and So Belmar). Point is...I do not think the rules applied to South Belmar, but they do apply to Belmar As for Ericone's comment...yes the landlord is supposed to supply so make sure you ask. When i lived in belmar, we had to have clear trash bags...my landlord supplied a whole summer's worth...and i doubt he was doing it "to be nice". The agency we went through told us they were required to supply...so i assume its the same for the stickers

cause Tempts is like the strip in Atlantic City.....town is the biggest ghetto white trash place ever...but then there's a whole bunch of nice looking casino's and good times for about a square foot mile. Town sucks, casino's nice. Seaside sucks, tempts nice. Stay in seaside...part of the town. Dont let anyone in who doesnt have ther arms shaved, cut off shirts, and Diesel jeans on....anyone else could potentially be strapped might want to think twice about letting Ahmed bal Torque into the club this weekend...or anyone that looks like them

this is idiotic. prices come down only when supply is greater than demand (or in the case of oil...the anticipation that oil supply will be greater with peace in the mideast) and the assumption of infinite supply capabilities is present. What you are doing is trying to create an excess supply by reducing the demand....but what you dont have is the assumption that supply capabilities are infinite with the oil industry. A reduction in demand will easily be met with a reduction in supply. Then they reduce supply...and over the long haul demand is constant (1 day drought on May19th will be met with long lines at the pump on the 20th). So in the end, supply is reduced but demand hasnt really changed. This means prices will go up (high demand for less supply). So.....your plan here is really going to raise gas prices.
