A billion people in the global audience and just 2,000 hand-picked VIPs will be in attendance on Wednesday 19th March, 2003. DanceStar 2003 is the first ever open-air music awards ceremony and will be following hot on the heels of its successful debut in 2002 when, as the most watched dance event ever, it attracted TV audiences across the globe from Berlin to China and featured music stars including Lenny Kravitz, Jennifer Lopez, Grandmaster Flash and Masters At Work. Public voting commences on 1st February here at www.DanceStar.com in the race to find the USA's favorite artists of the past twelve months in sixteen hotly contested categories ranging from Best Radio DJ and Record Of The Year through to Best Chart Artist and Outstanding Contribution to Worldwide Dance Music.
