Last night after the Bigtime left 5 messages completely raging on me...because I shut my phone off when I went to dinner...he decided to gather his boys and make the drive down to Bunka...well...he stopped by my place and wanted a shirt to wear...."No problem Bigtime" I will lend you my new Diesel button down...After squeezing his 20" arms into the sleeves somehow buttoning a few buttons...the shirt resembled more of a lycra wetsuit....I couldnt believe my fucking eyes...The shirt was so fucking stretched out...I ignored the possiblilites of never being able to get the thing off of him and decided to go to Bunkas...Throughout the night...I would glance at my recent purchase and think about how fucking distorted it will look when he takes the thing off....The thing was soaking wet...and I honestly believe it wasnt sweat...from all this guys sauce...I believe his heart was crying....! Anyway, my friend taps me on my back and says "I dont want to be the one to break it to you, but take a look at your shirt...." Holy fucking shit...the God Damn shirt had ripped at the seams...and was completely ripped apart....I said...Bigtime...its time to start cutting.......He responded..."Only an Iron Brother could appreciate this"

I think afterhours is stupid...unless you are working a girl...(not that I work girls anymore)...I just get super tired...and I dont believe in staying up until 10am ripping lines...I am done with that "drama"...Even in the summer...Ask the Bigtime...After Tempts...I am back at the shore house going nighty-night...I sleep for a few hours and then get up at 8am, get something to eat, then hit the beach....then go to Surf Club...I would rather be on the beach early than go to afterhours...and sleep the day away...of course there is always exceptions to this...

Last monday I started Carb depleting.... mon-200c 350p tue-175c 350p wed-150c 350p thur-125c 375p fri-100c 400p sat-600c 150p sun-400c 100p Saturday around 4pm I was really shreaded and pumped to the max, every vein was throbbing and I literally had a constant full body pump....It may be the Eq/Fina, but I will definatly be doing this again this week...I would take in 1/4 of the carbs at breakfast, then an hour and a half before training I would take in 40grams of carbs and then around 60grams after training.....I am sick of carbs right now and I dont feel like eating them for another week....THis has been by far the best diet I have ever done......I will let you know how the strenth is tomorrow....
