The trick is to have good food and friendly owners/chefs.... I eat at MMG everyday of the week....it is that good.....You honestly cannot go wrong if you start one of these businesses......

You know what..on second thought...good luck...I admire anyone who starts their own business....Good Luck! They have a great concept and the food is off the hook.....I guess you should try to model yourself after them....since they are a proven success.
