    I spoke to the guy that runs Tempts for me and he is aware of the problem. The person will be dealt with accordingly. If you or anyone has any problems in the future, please find Joel or Todd and they will be able to handle the problem.

    I have been going to Tempts for many years, I've seen a lot of things and shared both good and bad memories of Tempts. Most of the crowd was always good people who shared the love for the energy in the music in search of release. This past Saturday night was the worst time I've ever had at Tempts. The music was ok, I guess I just couldnt get into it but I'd be willing to bet Sunday night was much better.

    What I couldnt stand was, watching the bouncer who stands on his perch over in the corner by Frankie's bar, literally beat people up and push them around all night. One kid stumpled into this guy after tripping in the crowd. The bouncer grabbed him by the neck and tossed him into the stairwell. He was then assisted by another bouncer who helped toss the guy around, hit him and few times and then threw him out the side door. Thats real fucking tough!

    A short while later, a kid in a wheelchair is pushed into the bouncer as he tries to make his way through our crowded corner. The bouncer turns around and starts yelling the kid. You fucking loser, the kid is in a wheelchair in an overcrowded club. As if he slammed into your leg on purpose! Get a life, you're a bouncer.

    Not long after that, he jumps off his perch with no regard for anyone around him and slammed this lil shorty almost to the ground. No apology to the girl or her boyfriend, no nothing. He just ran off for something that never was.

    After giving him several looks, he later turns to me at one point and says, "you'll have to back away from me. I need some room to work." I've been a bouncer before, so I could understand, but I just looked up at him with the most dirty look and backed off into our crowded corner. A few minutes later, 3 bouncers in plain clothes roll into the corner and he leans down to speak with them. They start looking over at me, staring, watching me. What are you going to do? Beat me up too? For trying to have a good time.

    After the next 15 minutes or so, the 3 guys called for back-up walk away. Now Mr. Tough Guy up on his perch starts grabbing my friends wife's hair. The first time it was funny. The second, third and fourth time it wasnt funny. Shine the flashlight in your own face, not on her tits and keep your hands to yourself otherwise you're going to learn the hard way. Then again, if kept saying something to this idiot, he probably would have had to take 3 guys to jump me for defending a friend.

    And to top it all off, I moved to the far corner in front of the stage to go dancing to get away from the drama. As she's walking in front of me, I see her turn around and totally mush this guys face. He walked away before I knew what happened. He grabbed a handful of her ass and she caught him and was bold enough to defend herself. After she told me what happened, I looked over and the kid came over to apologize.

    I dont claim to be a tough guy, but I can hold my own. I dont go out looking for trouble and I get along with almost anyone, but I cannot stand any guy who has no respect. Temptations has been fun and the bouncers have always been very cool for the most part, but this guy alone is enough reason to stay away. I've been friends with Frankie for a long time, but I dont think you'll find me hanging out near his bar much longer. If you know Jersey Joel or you know Denny, this guy in the corner needs to go!!!!! I didnt know that a bouncer's job was to beat up people who have done nothing. We've been partying in the corner for years and this asshole alone ruined what would have been a good time Saturday night. All good things must come to an end sooner or later. Its not said that I'll never go back, but for someone who use to go almost every weekend, I've only been there twice this Summer and Saturday's visit may have been the last.

    Other than that, it was good to see Tempkid, Carguy, yo Rodiggggga, Pipdaddy and many others.

    Dude that sucks. The bouncers have always been bad there…

    I was over at merge with an awesome jumpen packed crowd. Listening to the seamless mixes and the smooth hard hitting sounds of Richie… Drinking cheap drinks and laughing and talking with the merge staff and the bouncer’s feelen the real vibe... I don’t need to be hopped up on x and k to feel the love and energy at merge... Merge is just that good with out the drugs temps is just a dark room with old music..

    Solution for you... Go to merge. Experience why I never go to any other club at the shore… I aint kissen no ones ass I love to bash.. But im speaken the truth about merge. To hell with temps
