ok heres the deal on Splenda, guys. Ive just come across some very contradicting articles on the stuff, but my overall feeling is----its NOT natural, therefore its probably NOT good. They make this stuff in labs, people. Its not what its made out to be. As much as i love soda, I think im gonna start weaning myself off of this shit. Ive been drinking diet soda for years, not to mention putting it in my coffee too. Water is so much better anyway, but sometimes I really need something different to drink, too. Ill keep looking for something else. Any ideas?

i am not an expert or anything but i would think carbonated water beverages would be worse for u than sucralose or any other nonnutritive sweetner...
i worry alot about fake sugar stuff lately though. That shit IS a chemical, after all. Ive been trying to buy things made with Splenda. Supposedly it"s made from sugar but i still dont quite understand how. I think im going to go do some research and find out. Ill report back later.

you guys have to try the sally hansen Airbrush Tan for Face. It really is amazing and it dosnt stink! I dont tan near as much as i used to. A light tan glow is good. People who are too tan look well, yuck.

lets not forget---the "im so fucking tired but i cant leave cuz the dj is rippin it" dance---usually performed seated wherever you can park your tired ass--done best after at least 8 hours of clubbing or more---very similar to "car dancing" consists of bopping head with eyes closed and occasional fist pumping! LOL

o ya---1 more suggestion---do NOT miss MURK! They have a monthly party at crobar up there and im telling you these guys are ridiculously talented....you wont be able to stop dancing! The next MURK party is 4-29 Crobar NYC....youll thank me later!

gisselle--u really need to see Erick Morillo spin. The vibe of his parties is unmatchable! Another awesome dj i would suggest is Danny Tenaglia---he"ll blow you away--hes very crowd interacting and is just so much fun to be a part of his parties! One of the most memorable parties he did here in Miami a couple years ago, the staff rolled out this giant white sheet over the ENTIRE dance floor---this was at Club Space here in Miami and the dance floor is HUGE! I felt like i was back in elementary school when you play under the parachute in gym! Shit was off the chain! click the link to see the pic!

i heard Morillo is NOT going to Spain this summer and will be playing in the hamptons for July 4th weekend......I also heard the opening will be pushed back due to legal problems the owners are having.....but my sources probably suck are are totally inaccurate!

i almost ALWAYS wear sneakers to Space....but they usually are black sneakers so its not quite so noticable....When im dancing like that, i just cant imagine trying to teeter around in heels--ridiculous! Space is a hard core dancing club---save the dress shoes for the VIP lounge!

what do guys think of a previously worn/thrift/pawn shop engagement ring? Ive heard rumors that to wear one will cause bad luck, but im not inclined to agree. I actually think it would save my soon to be fiancee a lot of money versus buying a brand spanking new sparkler of a diamond. I also think I may be able to find a cooler ring than the typical boring jewelry store stuff. Opinions/ideas? Feel free to share!
