Ummm... I actually bought this while I was in LA so that he could sign it when I met him. I wish I hadnt wasted the money, file or ink. LOL
This is one of the WORST cds Ive bought in a long time. "When the rush comes" is one of my fave songs and this mix SUX DONKEY BALLS!!!! The only track I like is the Arabic one on the 1st CD.
Oh well, live and learn.

Ummm...who said I went to only one club? I said the only one that had a good vibe (that I went to) was Club Deep on Sunday night.
I was all over the place on Friday, Sat early and Sunday. I have many friends that do live in LA and they agree that Miami has a much better music scene. I am not one of those people that just likes to go out to be seen. I go out to have fun, hear good beats and hang with those I care about.
Again, this is only my opinion based on a weekend visit. I love the city and the weather. But I could do without the snobby people and bad attitudes.
No offense to those that are not like that but this is MY opinion. Maybe I will change my mind on my next visit...who knows. But for now, I can say that I am a Miami girl all the way.

We actually ended up staying in that night as I was exhauseted from flying in from Miami the day before and being up for over 24 hours. But I know for a fact that the parking was $50 b/c he paid it...grrr. Oh well...who cares... I still wouldnt pay more than $40 for him.
I hope you had a great time though!!!
I heard the club is amazing. I saw the crowd outsid it the night before also...damn son!!!

I was going to go until we found out that parking was $50 and the line to get in was wrapped around the bldg and tickets were going for $150 by the end of the night. Sorry...Oakenfuck is NOT worth it!!! I can see him for $40 in Miami every few months!!!! Plus he was kind of a dick when I met him at Virgin for the signing...what a negative vibe!!!!

I am not from LA but was visitng a friend this past weekend. I was soooo not impressed with the club scene (I am from Miami) until Sunday night at CLUB DEEP!!! What a great vibe!!!! I had so much fun and Louie was throwing down some serious beats!!!
Thanks to all of those that I already knew and to all those that I met!!! I dont know if DJ Adam Rush is on this board but if so...thanks for the CD of your friend...I LOVE IT!!!! Cant wait to hear yours!!!
Hope to see you all in LA again. Or maybe if you come to Miami!!!

I had a great trip but have decided I am a MIAMI girl all the way.
NOBODY parties like MIAMI! Oh, had a conversation with Oakenfold while I was there and told him about SPACE closing. I invited him, but dont plan on him being there...LOL.
I am back now and resting up for SPACE on Sat.
