For comparison purposes here are what the other two major ticketing agencies charge: TICKETMASTER UPS: 2 - Business Day Morning US $19.50 by 12 noon in 2 business days - undeliverable to PO Box addresses UPS: 2 - Business Day Evening US $18.50 by 7:30 pm in 2 business days - undeliverable to PO Box addresses UPS: 3 - Business Day Evening US $14.50 by 7:30 pm in 3 business days - undeliverable to PO Box addresses UPS: Saturday US $25.00 by noon on Saturday. Order must be placed by Wednesday prior - undeliverable to PO Box addresses GROOVETICKETS EXPRESS - $17.95 - Delivery requires a signature. Allow up to 3 business days for delivery. Continental U.S. residents only. Tickets will be delivered to the billing address of the credit card. Express will not be available for this event after 9/19/2006. PRIORITY - $8.95 - Delivery requires a signature. Allow up to 5 business days for delivery. Continental U.S. residents only. Tickets will be delivered to the billing address of the credit card. This is in addition to the taxes and service charges they must collect. For the record you always have the option of buying tickets at a retail location near you (to be announced shortly) thus saving the shipping charge (but not the service fees & taxes). The purpose of having on-line ticket sales is after all, CONVENIENCE.

I assure you the festival doesn't see a dime of the processing and shipping fee...that is setup by the ticketing agency. Ticketmaster charges a comparable amount only they call it a "convenience" charge. As it stands now there are 50 + artists playing...which works out to $ 1.60 per artist. A ripoff ? Not by ANY stretch of the imagination.

FYI Anyone who attends the screening next Thursday of High Tech Soul gets $5 off at the entrance to Juan's gig the following night. Plus we are running a "happy ending"...$ 3 drink specials after 3am. See you there !

Some additional info: There will be & Q & A session after the film with the director Gary Bredow & the man himself Juan Atkins ! This will truley be a special night in Miami for any EDM lover so don't miss out !

Big thanks to all who came out to support this show. Emily Play & Devine were amazing ! Glad I finally got to see them live. The Crystal Method boys rocked! They sure brought back some memories.
