yes i agree with all of you when you say guilty was a bad place to be im part of management at the new venue and honestly i would have never stepped foot into guilty...but think of how many clubs are in a area like that..was arena's location nice?? no...we are bringing our personal security in to work at the door and the other half profesionals..with 20 security guards inside the building..hey lets admit it fights happen but when your security gets into it thats when brawls start..we have a very profesional staff to make everyone feel safe..1 fight your banned in our idetect system for good...and with all in house working the door..no 50 bucks wont get you back in!!!please trust when i say we will have a succesful run..Ive personally seen the owner take a club on a block with nothing but zombies roaming the streets and have a succesful "hip hop party" with nothing but good people inside (WE ARE NOT A HIP HOP PARTY!!) just an example this guy can run a good door policy..as far as parking we are using valet parking (not expensive) and working with the lanlord to get the lot across the street....all you positive people that want to see this work dont forget to contact me when you see the opening date for some comps......

yes it will work!!! its all on who you cater your party to. yes its ok to have your doubts about us but we promise to bring a "new standard" to westchester. service people rarely see and a beautiful establishment... come check us out in march we will not let you people down......

The promotional/marketing team is in house with the right acts and a sick club thats gonna wow people from the decor to the sound system/lighting razzous nightclub will speak for itself....

we're 21+ maybe in time do a 18+ party but for now keep it older and keep our standards high at the door...I heard chrome fri night sucked and sat night was a flop

yes we bought the whole space and refurnaced every single possible spot in the place its not going to be like guilty one it theres actually professionals owning and running this club..come check us out sometime march it will definetely be worth your time..

thats what everyone says "the old club guilty" but trust us we will bring a good party to westchester and have a good crowd the location is close to all major highways its all a matter of the people you market your place to

no its down a little further below the golds gym its 15,000 sq ft its a nice space with 3 huge bars a lounge,house room, and a vip bottle service room fully renovated designed by the same people that did deep and lobby and a bunch more

its called Razzous (ra zoo) its located right next to yonkers raceway
