i know this may be a far reach, but does anyone have a ticket they'd be willing to sell for this event... for face value? i have a friend who's visting from norcal and she told me she wants to come down the weekend of tiesto. unfortunately, she told me this after i had bought my ticket. i was rather disappointed to see how much people are willing to sell extra tickets they had bought (or horded). i understand that it's all about supply and demand, but it amazes me to think that this scene has now become all about the dollar and no longer about the music or the vibe. thanks in advance, d

rubber is a party that used to be held here in orange county, ca. and travels to other cities like san diego, las vegas, phoeinx, etc. if you're all about seeing talented dj's spin and the vibe at a club, this party is NOT for you. it generally attarcts alpha-males and coked out strippers. it's what i like to describe as a "seen or be seen" type or crowd, where the less clothing you wear the better, at least for the females. for guys, pimp outfits are a must. the music is generally cheezy trance. if you're THAT interested in going, here's their website for more 411: http://www.clubrubber.net/ have fun!

just registered! i'm from california and will be in nyc during those dates. i was wondering what's going on in your town clubwise and otherwise. the only request i have is that the parties/bars that i go to are 21+ please... i know boy george is spinning 5/1? i've tried to register for the guiness thing, but there's no availability on the dates i'm in town. i guess i'll be missing the closing of arc and timo maas at crobar the week prior! any other big dj's in town while i'm here? any day festivals? cinco de mayo parties? any info would be greatly appreciated! and maybe i'll see some of you out? btw - my fav clubs out here are the spundae and giant parties! thanks in advance!
