Going to definately hit Drais as part of the INVEGAS Magazine Launch Party Week...perhaps on March 18 as I have a photoshoot with Darude over at Club Rubber on March 19
may even do a photo shoot with Vixen at Drais? (still awaits pics)...we are working on a few shoots covering some of the city's best/most gorgeous servers....anyone know someone they recommend for this?....we already are planning a calendar for this concept too..

I shot pics there for clubplanet a few weeks ago. While it was dead when I was there (got there too early), it was a pretty nice looking place. Little details, like scrolling LED messages behind the booths, made it interesting. You'd never know they were there unless you look behind a booth. As a photographer I loved the lighting and the open layout. Sorry I can't comment on the crowd, there were like 15 people there when I was shooting. They also had a dancer on a elevated stage surrounded by chairs (kinda like a strip club) which was a nice focal point.

just curious...what does Vegas have to do with WMC?
On the other hand, I am going to Vegas 4/8 to 4/10 staying at Mandalay Bay. Can't wait.
Several things:
1. Vegas venues are up for 4 Club World Awards which are given out during the WMCs....we will be covering them
2. Vegas has become a club capital even without resident DJs that stand out of the international crowd...
3. We are following several Vegas DJs as they prep and attend the WMCs and show how their work that week actually set the tone for the music throughout the rest of the year.

we have a few good leads for writers and it look slike we are going to be covering several award shows, parties and interviewing a bunch of artists for the next issue of INVEGAS Magazine, which will be the "Music Issue"
Still looking for any seasoned writers or insiders that have a story to tell...if it somehow links to Vegas, all the better, but not required as our stories will link the city to the conference anyway...

We will have extensive reviews of Teatro in a few weeks....having one of our magazine launch parties there...also they are up for best video system at the Club World Awards during the WMC in Miami..I will be ther for the party that night also and let you know who wins...Tabu, Ice and Rain are also up for awards...

That's right, Vegas is packing its bags and heading to South Beach.
I just got a call from one of Vegas' biggest name DJs, who informed
me that there is a serious collaboration getting together to make
the biggest splash in Miami you ever saw! Word is a mansion was rented out and and will be held on Thursday, March 24 during the WMCs.
Here is a PARTIAL list of venues I hear are involved:
Studio 54, Rain, Ice, Pure, Tabu, ghostbar, Drais, Teatro
and more to come...
Remember, you heard it first from VegasEd! And not only that, but I will be there to document the whole thing! Look for some great stories!

!NVEGAS Magazine Launch Parties are being scheduled for March 16-20 in Fabulous Las Vegas (of course)....we need your opinons! (see questions at bottom)
The parties will not only have copies of the new !NVEGAS Magazine available, but we are working on making them EVENTS as well, including fashion shows, photoshoots, giveaways, food and beverage samplings, models running amok (no Vegas party is without models!), and much more DURING the parties…The madness during the parties will be half of the fun! Look for fashion shows by Girlfriends Clothing, Divas by Erynne!, UGLY Clothing, and Bad Attitude Clothing. We are currently talking to several others also (think big names!).
